Surface Conditions:

Ensure the wood surface is clean, dry, and free from frost (moisture content should not exceed 20%).

Product Readiness:

Osmo One Coat Only HSPlus is ready to use and should not be thinned. Prior to application, thoroughly stir the product to ensure consistency.

Old Surface Care:

When dealing with old microporous stains, clean them meticulously. For old paints and lacquers, complete removal is necessary. During sanding, consider wearing a dust mask for safety.

Test Application:

Keep in mind that the final appearance of your surface can be influenced by various factors, including the wood’s condition. To ensure a perfect outcome, especially on unfamiliar surfaces, it’s advisable to conduct a trial application.

Additional Protection:

If you desire extra protection against blue stain, rot, and insects, consider pre-treating the wood on all sides with Osmo WR Base Coat, if possible.

Application Method:

Utilize either the Osmo Flat Brush or the Osmo Microfibre Roller for application.
