The Transparent Polish can also be used as a sealer on denser hardwoods or as a binder when mixed with Fiddes Spirit or Pigment Powders, offering versatility and creative possibilities.

Dry Time: Allow 20-30 minutes for the Transparent Polish to dry.
Coverage: The polish will cover approximately 8 square meters per liter, depending on the substrate and application method.
Thinners: Use Finishing Spirit or Methylated Spirits as thinners for the polish.
Coats: Apply two coats on hardwood surfaces and a maximum of three coats on softwood or more porous timber.
Recommended for Use On: Fiddes Transparent Polish is suitable for application on fine furniture, doors, floors, cabinet work, and paneling. It can also be used as a sealer on denser hardwoods or as a binder when mixed with Fiddes Spirit or Pigments Powders.
Application: You can apply the Transparent Polish using a brush or rubber. Ensure the surface is clean and free from dust before application. Apply the polish evenly, following the direction of the wood grain. The polish has excellent self-leveling properties, which helps achieve a smooth finish. Allow the polish to dry between coats.
Note: It’s recommended to finish the application with a coat of Fiddes Supreme Wax Polish or Mellow Wax Polish to provide additional protection and enhance the natural beauty of the wood.
