We have just partnered with one of the leading courier firms in the UK – DPD to provide a courier service for our store. We are incredibly happy to now send most of our parcels, including ‘free delivery’ orders, with DPD. We are hoping to leave lost, damaged and delayed parcels in the past with this transition! We apologise for any delays or problems regarding deliveries which have previously been sent via Royal Mail, we suffered a small amount of negative feedback and loss of trust from our clients as well as financial losses due to these issues, however we hope that going forward we can keep developing on these strong, new foundations that are our delivery partners at DPD. From now going forward, when your flooring requires a refresh with Osmo Polyx-Oil, if you are finishing your garden office project and you require an Osmo UV-Protection Oil 420 coat or a colour finish from our tint range or if you urgently need to clean your floor with either an Osmo Wash & Care or Ciranova Floor Soap, you now no longer have to wait as your product will be with you the next day as long as you order before 1PM.
From today our newly introduced Rubio Monocoat range including products such as RMC Oil Plus 2C will also reach you the following day!
If you are based locally in West London, come down to see us in-store, we will personally provide you with free samples of our products such as flooring oils or exterior wood protection oils, as well as benefit from our hands-on discount!
